Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s directions, which placed a strong focus on prompt and high-quality complaint handling, have led to this development. According to the IGRS report, Shravasti received 131 out of 140 points, or a redressal percentage of 93.57 cent. Amethi came in second with a redressal rate of 90.71 cent, while Shahjahanpur scored 92.86 cent. With 85.71 cent, Ballia and Ambedkar Nagar tied for fourth place.

Every day at 10 a.m., public hearings are conducted, and any outstanding complaints are reviewed at 5 p.m. In order to guarantee high-quality resolution, instances with unfavourable comments are also evaluated at 9 p.m., he said.

Over the last several months, Shravasti has continuously ranked in the top five districts for addressing public complaints, establishing a standard for effective state government.
