Recipe
– First take 1/4 cup soaked almonds. If you have forgotten soaking almonds, then leave the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes.
– This will remove almond peel easily. Now put all the almonds in a grinder and grind them finely. We have to prepare almond milk.
– For this it is necessary to grind almonds well. After grinding almonds, mix 1 cup of water and prepare almond milk.
– Take half a cup of makhana, 1/4 tbsp plane oats, 1/4 cup black raisins or your favorite raisins.
Now add 1 cup of almond milk to it and which we have prepared by grinding almonds. Soak everything for about 15 minutes.
Put all the things in a blender or grinder and mix 1 ripe banana to it and mix it.
– Add 1 teaspoon peanut butter and 1 teaspoon chia seeds. Add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon of flax seed powder to it.
Now add all the remaining almond milk and grind all the things well in the mixer.
– Insert the prepared smoothie in a glass glass and decorate it by adding some chia seeds, makhane and raisins. Makhana smoothie is ready.
