Ved had told that he started preparing for JEE from class 9 itself. For this, he joined coaching, which strengthened the basics of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. His preparation for JEE Advanced intensified from class 11. He used to study for 6-8 hours daily, but his focus was on quality. He used to understand every topic deeply and practiced it. Ved gave a lot of mock tests. After every test, he analyzed the mistakes and worked on the weak topics. NCERT and coaching material: Ved told that NCERT was his basic book. After this, he used coaching material and standard books like HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Maths, etc. He had told that studying NCERT well is necessary for JEE. Ved had completely left social media. He said that it wastes time. His focus was only on studies and family.

JEE Advanced 2025: When is the JEE Advanced exam?

JEE Advanced 2025 will be organized by IIT Kanpur on 18 May 2025. It is a computer-based test (CBT), which consists of Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers are 3-3 hours. Paper 1 will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Only the top 2,50,000 rankers in JEE Main 2025 can appear for JEE Advanced. This year around 2.5 lakh students are expected to appear in this exam, which is more than last year, 2024. Last year 1,80,200 students took this exam.
