Dahi mirchi recipe:Morning breakfast is considered necessary for everyone. Many people like to eat pickle with parathas in breakfast. However, eating anything daily causes borial. In such a situation, you can sometimes try curd chilli. It can be enjoyed with roti, paratha, casserole or dal-rice. It also looks very good with the parsley puri. It is very easy to make. If you do not want to eat vegetables or lentils in lunch, then curd chilli with rotis is a great option. It looks very tasty and changes the taste of the mouth. After tasting it, hunger arises on its own. Now whenever you feel like eating something different from you or family members, then make this dish prepared with the recipe given by us.

Ingredients

12-15 green chillies

One quarter teaspoon cumin

A quarter teaspoon mustard

1 pinch asafetida

Coriander powder

Half a teaspoon turmeric powder

A quarter teaspoon red chili powder

Salt

2 teaspoon oil

Recipe

– First take 12-15 green chillies and wash it well.

After this, break the stalks of all the chillies and make an incision in the chillies from the middle.

After this, take a pan and add oil to it.

Now add mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida to it. Add green chili to it.

– Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and salt and mix.

Now turn off the gas flame and add 4 teaspoons of curd and mix.

– Turn on the gas and cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Mirchi with curd is ready.
