Ingredients
12-15 green chillies
One quarter teaspoon cumin
A quarter teaspoon mustard
1 pinch asafetida
Coriander powder
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
A quarter teaspoon red chili powder
Salt
2 teaspoon oil
Recipe
– First take 12-15 green chillies and wash it well.
After this, break the stalks of all the chillies and make an incision in the chillies from the middle.
After this, take a pan and add oil to it.
Now add mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida to it. Add green chili to it.
– Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and salt and mix.
Now turn off the gas flame and add 4 teaspoons of curd and mix.
– Turn on the gas and cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Mirchi with curd is ready.
