Doordarshan was among the most prominent TV channels in the 1980s and 1990s. The channel became quite famous for its mythological shows- one of them was Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana which was widely enjoyed by masses. In that time the key actors of the show were the talk of the town. However with the passage of time and new generations coming in they faded into oblivion. Today we will talk about one such actor who played the character of Angad on Ramanand Sagars epic television series. His name is Bashir Khan. He rose to fame after his prominent role of Angad- who was the son of Vali and Tara on the show.
