Before leaving for the airport, passengers are encouraged to verify the status of their flight. “We strongly recommend that all customers check the latest flight status prior to leaving for the airport and allocate additional travel time, as weather conditions may also impact local traffic,” IndiGo said.
Additionally, the airline said that its customer care representatives are on hand to assist passengers. “Our teams remain accessible across all customer service touchpoints and are committed to assisting you at every step of your journey,” it said.
IndiGo Airlines recommended travelers keep themselves updated by often checking the status of their flights and factor in additional travel time in case of traffic jams or weather-related delays.
The airline also made it clear that its customer care representatives are on hand to help passengers at any time throughout the trip, promising to help and make sure that travel goes smoothly even in the face of difficult weather.
Light to moderate rainfall, light thunderstorms, and gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected to persist in a few locations across North and South Goa today, according to the Met Department.
