Fresh litchi-15-20 (peel and remove seeds)
Cold milk – 1 cup
Curd – ½ cup
Sugar or honey-1-2 tablespoons
Snow pieces-4-5
For decoration – mint leaves or litchi pieces
Method
1-First peel the litchi and remove its seeds. Put litchi pulp in the mixer jar.
2- Now add cold milk, curd and sugar (or honey). Add ice pieces and blend everything well.
3-When smoothies become very creamy and smooth, take it out in a serving glass. Decorate it with mint leaves or litchi pieces.
4-Serve it immediately so that its freshness and coolness remains. If you want, you can also give a decorative look by dipping the sides of the glass in sugar.
