Renault Summer Service Camp: Renault India is organizing a service camp to take care of its vehicles to make better relations with customers. The company has launched the after sales campaign, Renault Summer Camp across the country. This will provide customers an opportunity to check and servicing their vehicles with attractive benefits. The service initiative is being organized in all the service facilities of the Renault across the country and will run for a limited period from May 19 to May 25, 2025.
Renault Summer Camp
Customers visiting during this period can avail extensive vehicle checks. Inspection includes battery health, fluid level, indicator lights, air filters and AC/cabin filters. A compatible car top wash is also part of the offer.
Discount
Customers participating in the camp can get up to 15% discount on selected parts, 50% on selected accessories, 15% on labor charge and value added services, engine oil replacement, extended warranty and 10% on road-side assistance programs. Special offers on tires will be declared separately and all customers will get Complimentary Gifts. Users registered on My RENAULT app can get an additional discount of 5% on selected parts and accessories.
Customer TouchPoint
This service initiative will include various customer engagement activities with ensured gifts to increase ownership experience. Renault currently maintains 580 customer touchpoints across India.
