Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Tata Altroz has been at the top of the premium hatchback car segment. With the 2025 facelift, it now returns with more confidence and style. The upgraded model is already generating interest, and we can expect an official update regarding the price from Tata Motors on May 22, 2025.
Striking Exterior Design
Tata Motors recently gave us a glimpse of what the facelift will look like, and we already know it will feature:

Sleeker, integrated taillamps

Flush door handles which are a first among non-luxury vehicles.
These upgrades enhance the vehicle’s appearance beyond being a mere hatchback.
Refreshed Interiors and Tech Upgrades
The interior’s received a more premium touch as it now features a:
10.25 inch digital instrument cluster
Enhanced Infotainment system featuring a 10.25 inch touchscreen
Improved cabin color themes
360-degree camera support
Revamped dashboard
These were mentioned in the brochure, but there could be some surprise additions at launch, such as the ventilated seats in the Altroz Racer.
Potential Options for the Engine and Transmission
The details surrounding the engine is still confidential, but it is currently expected that the Altroz will persist with:
That 1.2-liter petrol engine
1.5-litre diesel engine
Higher trims might add the 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine from the Altroz Racer, now with a DCA (Dual Clutch Automatic) transmission which may improve performance and ease of driving.
