Increasing cases of Kovid-19, meanwhile, take these precautions while leaving the house!

Covid Cases India: In India, there is an increase in the cases of Kovid-19 once again. In areas like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Noida, new cases have been reported in recent times. According to the data of the Ministry of Health, 257 active cases have been registered in the country till 19 May 2025. Most of which are from Kerala, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. In such a situation, especially for those who go out of the house daily, it is very important to take precautions. We have to be cautious because negligence can make the situation more serious.

Take care of masks and sanitization

Always wear triple-layer mask or good quality cloth mask while leaving the house. Apply the mask properly covering the nose and mouth. “Wearing a mask is not just a formality. This is the first step to protect you and others. Also wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap-water is not available, use alcohol-based sanitizer. Use alcohol-based sanitizer. Avoid touching the eye, nose, and mouth as it can be the major path to the entry of the virus.

Avoid social distance and crowd

Keep a physical distance of at least six feet in public places. Try to avoid congested places, such as markets, bus stands, or railway stations. “Getting into the crowd increases the risk of infection manifold, especially in places where air communication is low. It has been said in the recent advisory of the Ministry of Health. If necessary, make masks mandatory in such places and leave it as soon as possible.

If you see symptoms, get it checked immediately

Symptoms of Kovid-19, such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or shortness of breath, immediately get checked at the nearest health center. Investigation and timely isolation ensures the safety of not only you but also your family and community. Especially the elderly, pregnant women, and children should take extra precautions as they are more sensitive to this virus.

Take care of health and immunity

Take a balanced diet to strengthen your immunity. Avoid raw meat, eggs or vegetables and increase the intake of vitamin-C rich foods. Regular exercise and adequate sleep also helps in increasing immunity. Healthy lifestyle plays an important role in preventing Kovid-19.
