According to the meteorological service, these regions are anticipated to see thunderstorms and strong gusts in addition to rainfall. It said that the downpour will significantly alleviate the intense heat by lowering the temperature by two to four degrees Celsius. In order to prevent any problems, the weather service has recommended that the people abide by the rules and restrict their trips.

According to the meteorological service, agriculture will benefit from early monsoon rains, and the water level is also expected to stay beneficial. It said that during the monsoon season, which runs from June to September, the state may get higher rainfall than usual. The extra rainfall will probably help with the agricultural labor and relieve the heat, but it may also cause problems like waterlogging and power disruptions.

Rain is anticipated in some districts.
Because to the development of moist easterly winds and a low-pressure system from the Bay of Bengal, the IMD has issued a warning for moderate to heavy rainfall in a number of districts until May 31. Over the next 24 hours, Patna and the surrounding areas are expected to be partly overcast, with the possibility of light rain in a few spots. In addition, the meteorological agency said that heavy rains, thunderstorms, and gusty winds of 30 to 40 kmph are predicted for a number of districts, including Kishanganj, Katihar, Bhagalpur, and Banka.

According to the IMD, there has been much-needed respite from the heat in Siwan, Kishanganj, Nalanda, Madhubani, Purnia, Araria, Aurangabad, Bhagalpur, Sheikhpura, Katihar, Kishanganj, Vaishali, Banka, and Bhagalpur during the last 24 hours due to rainfall. Residents have been encouraged by the weather agency to abide by the rules in order to prevent any problems.
