Bollywood superstar Salman Khan may soon join forces with acclaimed Malayalam filmmaker Mahesh Narayanan for a large-scale action thriller , reportedly.

While Salman’s recent films have struggled to make a strong box office impact, fans are eagerly awaiting his next big move — and this potential collaboration could be the game-changer they’ve been hoping for.

According to a report by Peeping Moon, Mahesh Narayanan, known for his critically acclaimed Malayalam films , recently held initial talks with Salman in Mumbai. Though the project is still in early discussions, Salman is reportedly intrigued by the plot and has expressed interest in hearing a full script narration in the coming months.


Alvira Khan Agnihotri to Back the Project


Reportedly, the project is being put together by Salman’s sister, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, along with her husband, Atul Agnihotri, under their production banner. While nothing is officially locked yet, reports suggest that the makers are aiming for a big-budget action spectacle that leverages Mahesh Narayanan’s storytelling strength and Salman Khan’s mass appeal.

Meanwhile, Mahesh Narayanan is already busy with another massive project — a multistarrer that’s making waves even before it goes on floors. Tentatively titled MMMN, the film brings together Malayalam cinema giants Mammootty and Mohanlal, along with Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, and Nayanthara in lead roles. The star-studded cast also features Darshana Rajendran, Revathi, Aattam-fame Zarin Shihab, Rajiv Menon, Renji Panicker, Danish Hussain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, and Prakash Belawadi. The film’s cinematography will be handled by Manush Nandan, known for his work in Hindi films like ‘Thugs of Hindustan’, ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’, and ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’. Shooting is set to span multiple locations, including Sri Lanka, London, Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Thailand, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kochi.
