As part of this long-term engagement, TCS will modernize the main technology operation of the Atlantic by applying Cloud-Fund, AI-operated digital core that increases business agility, improves flexibility of systems and allows high scale of operations. TCS will implement a modern, AI-operated technology estate that will integrate airline technology assets and deploy an advanced technology command center. This virgin will serve as a nerve center to change the technology operation of Atlantic.
Co-developed virgin Atlantic’s technology command center with TCS will provide real-time operational insight to strengthen the decision making, streamline technology operations and strengthen the front line staff with up-to-date, relevant data. According to companies, it will help improve the experiences of the customer and crew, which will make efficient, smart and more durable trips possible and hyper-parsenized customer experience will be possible at every touchpoint of the airline trip.
