The chargesheet has been submitted before the NIA Special Court in Jagdalpur.
Korsa has been charged under Section 302 read with 120B of IPC, 1860, and Sections 16, 18, 20, 38, and 39 of the UA (P) Act, the agency said.
NIA investigations have revealed that the accused was part of a criminal conspiracy orchestrated by the proscribed terrorist organisation CPI (Maoist) to assassinate Army jawan Motiram Achala.
Achala was shot dead by armed cadres of the CPI (Maoist) on 25th February 2024 during a visit to the Useli village fair in the Amabeda area of Kanker district, where he was accompanied by his family members.
