Gujarat Weather Update: These days Gujarat Weather is constantly in discussion among people. The reason for this is the rapidly changing weather and the possible entry of monsoon. From the last week of May, the movement of clouds had started in some parts of Gujarat and now in the beginning of June, light rain is also being seen in some districts. This makes it clear that the monsoon is gaining momentum and can soon show its effect in the whole of Gujarat.
Southern parts of Gujarat like Valsad, Navsari, Dang and Surat have recorded light to moderate rainfall in the last few days. Along with this, Saurashtra and Kutch are also cloudy and drizzle has been reported in some areas. All these are signs of pre-monsoon activities, which confirm that the monsoon is now near.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that after June 15, the monsoon will again become active at a fast pace. Due to this, there is a possibility of good rain in the districts of South Gujarat. Weather expert Paresh Goswami believes that a new weather system may become active in the Arabian Sea, which will affect Gujarat Weather even more. Due to this, rain activities may increase further in many areas of the state.
IMD also said that monsoon can cover most parts of Gujarat by the last week of June. Rainfall is expected especially in South Gujarat and Kutch region. However, sporadic showers may continue in some parts even before that.
There is a possibility of light rain in many districts of Gujarat on June 8. These include Aravalli, Kheda, Anand, Mahisagar, Panchmahal, Dahod, Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Dang, Navsari, Valsad, Bhavnagar, Amreli and Gir Somnath. Farmers in these districts may get some relief and there will be a decrease in temperature as well.
The change in Gujarat weather affects the farmers the most. They eagerly wait for the rain so that Kharif crops can be sown. This time, with the signs of early monsoon, it is expected that agricultural work will be able to start on time. At the same time, it is also important for common people to keep an umbrella with them when they go out of the house, especially those who travel by bike or scooter.
Problems like waterlogging, traffic jams and power cuts become common during the rains. In such a situation, the administration should also clean the drains, make proper arrangements for drainage and make preparations for disaster management in time before the rains. This will ensure that the general public does not have to face any problems.
Now it is completely clear that the weather in Gujarat has started changing. Monsoon is going to hit the state soon and rain has already started in some districts. In such a situation, all people should pay attention to the alerts of the Meteorological Department and remain alert. Especially the farmer brothers should keep their fields fully prepared and follow the guidelines given by the administration.
