Saffron fiber
1 cup of basmati rice, soaked
1 table spoon pure ghee
2 table spoon raisins
7-8 cashews (half)
8 table spoon low calorie sweetener
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
25 grams of sugar crystal
Know the recipe for making saffron rice
With the help of these ingredients, you can make saffron rice, whose recipe is very easy.
1. Dissolve a tablespoon of saffron in cubic water and keep it aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, fry raisins and cashews. Remove it from the ghee and keep it aside. Fry the rice for two to three minutes in this ghee.
3. Add saffron water in two and a half cup boiling water and let the rice cook.
4. When the water remains half, add low calorie sweetener and let it cook, until the water dries completely and cook the rice completely.
5. Add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
6. Garnish by garnishing with cysts, cashews and sugar crystals.
