Apple Has introduced a smart feature with iOS 26, which Android users have been benefiting for years. Now iPhone users will also be able to know how long their device will be fully charged. As soon as the iPhone will be charged on charging – it is wired or wireless -screen information will show how much time it will take to reach 100% charge.
Initially this feature may look modest, but its utility is very important.
“Suppose you are leaving somewhere in a hurry and want to know how long the phone will be charged – now you don’t need to guess.”
Just apply on iPhone charging and go to Settings> Battery or see the time information on the lock screen. This will also save time and battery management will also be better.
Apple earlier used the same feature in its macbooks, but was later removed. Now this facility with iOS 26 has returned to the iPhone and users are welcoming it, especially those who prefer to monitor the situation of the battery.
This new charging timer feature is available in the developer beta version of iOS 26. That is, if you are connected to the Apple Developer Program, then you can try it. Common users will get this facility by the end of this year with the final version of iOS 26.
This is a small but extremely useful change. This will provide better information and decision -making ability to iPhone users during charging. It also shows that Apple is now moving towards further improvement of the useful things of Android.
