Heavy Rain Alert: There is a rain alert in most places in Kerala, Mahe, Karnataka, and Lakshadweep during the next 7 days. From 10 to 14 June, rain is likely at many places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, interior Karnataka and Telangana, along with thunderstorms at isolated places and strong winds of 30 to 50 kmph. From 10 to 12 June, strong winds of 50 to 60 kmph are likely in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema, and on 14 June in Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep.

There is a possibility of rain (IMD Rain Alert) along with thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds at the speed of 30 to 50 kmph in Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Konkan, Goa on 10 and 11 June. There is an alert of thunderstorms and strong winds of 70 kmph at isolated places in Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Konkan and Goa during June 12 to 14.

Rainfall may continue in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next 7 days. Thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds up to 50 kmph may occur in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands during 10-12 June. There is an alert of strong winds (Weather Update Latest News) at the speed of 70 kmph at different places in Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Sikkim, Jharkhand, Odisha during 11 to 14 June, Bihar during 13-16 June, Vidarbha on 11 and 12 June, Chhattisgarh during 11-14 June, Bihar on 12 and 13 June.

There is also an alert of rain and thunderstorms with strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir (Kashmir News), Ladakh, Muzaffarabad during 10-12 June, in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand during 12-16 June, in western Rajasthan during 14-16 June. Heavy rain is likely at isolated places in Uttarakhand from 12 to 16 June.
