But when Walter Hunt saw this small thing in his hands, he realized that it could be a great way to add clothes. It could be useful without a needle’s prick and damage to clothes, so he named it “Safety Pin” and also achieved it on 10 April 1849. But Hunt did not have much confidence in this invention. In a hurry to repay the loan, he sold his patent rights for just $ 400, out of which he paid $ 15 borrowing and then prepared for the next search.
