Quit smoking- smoking is a main cause of many diseases. This has a very bad effect on the health of the eyes, especially. This increases the problem of cataract, optic nerve damage, vision loss and blindness.

Do screen time manage- Due to seeing in the screen for a long time, the health of the eyes also has a very bad effect. While reducing screen time, take a 20 minute break after every hour.
