A deeply troubling incident has emerged from Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, where a man reportedly tried to sexually assault a Dalit woman. Following his failed attempt, he allegedly urinated on her face.

The assailant also issued threats to kill her before fleeing the scene. In response to the victim's complaint, local authorities have initiated a case against the suspect.

The victim, who lives with her two-year-old child and in-laws, has a husband currently employed in Surat. On June 10, while her in-laws were visiting a relative, the accused entered her home and assaulted her.

According to her account, when she resisted his advances, he attempted to rape her and tore her clothing. Additionally, he threatened her life and that of her daughter.
