Shahid Kapoor born on February 25 1981 is a powerhouse of talent charisma and unmatched energy. Starting as a background dancer in superhits like Dil Toh Pagal Hai (1997) and Taal (1999) to becoming one of the biggest stars his journey is nothing short of inspiring. Despite being the son of the acclaimed actor Pankaj Kapur his journey to stardom was anything but privileged. His parents got separated when he was just 3-years old and was raised by his mother Neliima Azeem who started working at the age of 15. In 2003 Shahid Kapoors breakthrough came with Ishq Vishk which not only made him an overnight sensation but also won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. Following that that there was no looking back for him! In a career spanning over two decades Shahid gave many superhits such as Vivah Jab We Met Kaminey Udta Punjab Kabir Singh and others. He is now a superstar of Indian cinema who has carved out a special place in audiences hearts with his impeccable dancing skills and terrific acting chops.
