BPS 71st Exam: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has increased the vacancy of the Integrated 71st Combined Competitive Examination. Now there will be recruitment for 1264 posts instead of 1250. 14 vacancies of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) have been added to this vacancy. Online application for the 71st Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination of Bihar Public Service Commission can be done till 30 June. The commission has also changed the date of the preliminary examination. Now this 71st PT will be held on 13 September 2025. Earlier it was to be held on 30 August.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit

Candidates should have graduated for the 71st examination of BPSC. Additional qualifications have been sought for some posts. See the notification for that. The minimum age limit for this recruitment is 20 years and the maximum is 37 years. The maximum age limit for BC and EBC is 40 years. At the same time, the maximum age limit for SC and ST is 42 years.

Application fee
The application fee is Rs 600 for the general category and Rs 150 for SC-ST/women and differently abled candidates.
