Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has increased the number of posts for Bihar Integrated 71st Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. BPSC had earlier issued a notification for a total of 1,250 posts under this recruitment process. Now the total number of posts has been increased to 1264. The application process for BPSC 71st Competitive Preliminary Examination is going on and interested candidates can apply till June 30.
According to the new notification issued by the commission, a total of 14 new posts have been added for Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), which has now increased the total number of vacancies to 1,264. According to the new notification issued on June 16, the Home Department (Police Branch), Bihar, Patna has sent a requirement to include DSP vacancies, which are among the most sought-after roles in the BPSC CCE recruitment cycle. Notably, no vacancy was initially announced for the roles of DSP or Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in the earlier notification.
