Wheat flour – 1 cup
Grained fennel – 1 teaspoon
Grained Cardamom – 3
Cloured coconut – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Milk – 4 tablespoons
Ghee – as required
First of all, put milk and sugar in a bowl and soak for about 1 hour.
Till then take another utensils, add flour, cardamom powder, fennel and coconut sawdust and mix well.
When the sugar dissolves well in milk, put it in the prepared flour and keep stirring.
– Keep stirring it until this dough takes the form of a paste.
– If the paste is thick then add some water. Now take the pan and heat it by adding ghee.
– When the ghee is hot, keep the gas on the low flame. Now dissolve in a spoon and pour it in the pan.
– Fry the pu on the low flame itself. Flight from both sides and roast the Malpua.
– You can enjoy it as hot and cooling as you want. Serve with rabri.
