Businessman Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12. He was in London when he took his last breath. Reportedly, he was playing a polo match when she suffered a heart attack.

Several reports claimed that he passed away after accidentally swallowing a bee. It is today that his last rites will take place. His mortal remains have been brought back to India and his funeral will take place in New Delhi. As per reports, a prayer meet has been held on June 22. The grieving note sharing details of the prayer meet has gone viral on social media and it mentions names of his family members and children including Karisma Kapoor's kids Samaira and Kiaan. The grieving note of Sunjay Kapur holds the ANG 8 of Guru Granth Sahib. The note reads "Jin logo ne Naam ka dhyan kiya aur mehnat se jeevan bitaya, Nanak kehte hain, unke chehre ujwal hote hain aur anek log unke saath mukti paate hain." As per the note, the prayer meet is held on June 22 at Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi. In the end, the note is signed off by his mother Rani Surinder Kapur followed by his wife Priya Sachdev. Names of his children are also mentioned - Samaira, Safira, Kiaan and Azarias.

For the unversed, Sunjay Kapur married Karisma Kapoor in 2003. After years of being together, the couple was granted divorce in 2016. Sunjay Kapur and Karisma Kapoor have two children. They first had a daughter whom they named Samaira. They then welcomed a son whom they named Kiaan. The kids stayed with mother Karisma Kapoor. However, they often got a chance to meet father Sunjay Kapur too. On social media, he often shared pictures with his kids. Priya Sachdev is Sunjay Kapur's third wife. They tied the knot in 2017.
