The long-running television show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has been entertaining fans for years. However, following the third-generation leap—which introduced new leads Sanam Johar, Param Singh, and Vaibhavi Hankare—the show's TRP has been struggling. Even after Bhavika Sharma's return as Savi, the plotlines have failed to resonate with viewers, leading to a drop in ratings. There are now reports suggesting that the show might go off-air.

Reacting to the reports, Param, who plays the role of Dr. Neil Pradhan told India Forums, "I have no idea about the off-air news. We haven’t received any official confirmation."Shakti Arora Denies Joining Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin After Bhavika Sharma’s Comeback: 'Just A Way To Create

However, an official confirmation from the makers is awaited.

Recently, it was reported that the show will be moving to the 6:30 pm slot, which earlier aired at 8:00. It is believed to be an attempt to make the show work.

The show has been recording low TRPs for quite some time now, in spite of introducing multiple twists and turns, and even a change in its air time. The reports also suggest that Sanam Johar might leave the show soon.
