8th Pay Commission In Marathi : There is important news for the central employees and under the Eighth Pay Commission, the salary of the employees will now increase. It has been announced that the Eighth Pay Commission will be implemented. The improved pay structure is expected to be implemented from January 1. However, the delay in the establishment of the Commission has created concern among the central government employees. A major focal point of the Commission will be ‘Fitment Factor’. The 8th Pay Commission was kept at 5.5, but under the 6th Pay Commission, it is likely to increase to 1.5.
If the ‘Fitment Factor’ increases from 1.5 to 5.5, the adjustment can increase the basic salary from Rs. The final decision will depend on the newly appointed members of the Commission.
In addition to the basic pay adjustment, allowances like home allowance (Hrara) and travel allowance (TA) can also change according to the appointment of employees and travel requirements. As a result, the total income of the two employees in the same salary category may be the difference between the rights of their allowance.
In addition, the national pension system (NPS) and the contribution of the Central Government’s Health Plan (CGHS) will also be affected. Currently, government employees contribute to their original salary and inflation allowance (DA) at 5% NPS, in which the government contributes 5%. After pay reforms, this contribution will increase accordingly. Subscription rates for CGHS are connected to the salary salary, thus, the increase in the original wage will also increase the CGHS charge.
Initial estimates are estimated to increase a large amount of wages in different pay categories.
