New Delhi: The Indian team performed brilliantly in the first innings of the first Test match against England and scored 471 runs. Captain Shubman Gill opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and vice-captain Rishabh Pant scored centuries for India. Gill and Pant shared a big partnership of 209 runs for the fourth wicket which helped India cross the 450-run mark. 7 wickets lost after scoring 112 runs: India started the second day at 359 for three but after the lunch break the entire team was all out for 471 runs.
