Today’s Racipe: Everyone wants to eat something spicy and crisp with evening tea, and if it is raining, then the pakoras are found, then the matter is something else. In such a situation, Shezwan Bread Pakoda is a perfect option. In this, the softness of the bread, the sharpness of the Shezwan and the crisp layer of gram flour together give a tremendous taste. So let’s know its easy recipe.
For bread pakoras
Bread Slice – 6 (White or Brown)
Shezwan Chutney – 3 Table Spoon
Boiled Potato – 2 (Medium Size)
Green chili – 1 finely chopped
Green coriander – 2 tables spoon chopped
Salt – as per taste
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
For batter (batter)
Besan – 1 cup
Celery – ½ tsp
Turmeric – 4 tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – as required
Oil – to fry
1-Mash the boiled potatoes before the whole. Mix green chillies, coriander, red chili powder, salt and chaat masala in it. Mix with good-This is your stuffing ready.
Take a slices of 2-braid, apply Shezwan chutney on it.
Then spread a little potato mixture on it. Keep another bread slices from the top and press lightly. Similarly, prepare all the bread sandwiches and cut it into a triangular shape.
3-Add turmeric, red chili, salt and celery in the region. Add water and do not prepare too much thin and too thick batter.
4-Heat oil in the pan. Dip the bred pieces in gram flour and put it in hot oil. Fry on both sides till it turns golden and crisp. Take out on the tishu paper so that the excess oil is removed.
5-Garma Garam Shezwan serve bread pakoras with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
