Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 pre-reservations have now begun in India. The company’s website is taking pre-reservations for the two foldables even before they are unveiled. The price for pre-reservation is listed at Rs. 1,999. Samsung says that this amount is refundable if the customer changes their mind and does not wish to buy the smartphones after unveil.

Samsung says that the customers who pre-reserve will get a change to win vouchers of up to Rs. 50,000. All they have to do is fill up some details like email ID and pincode, and share it with Samsung. The pre-reserve offer is live till July 9, 7pm IST i.e. just half an hour before the launch event begins. Once the user pre-reserves, they will receive the Galaxy Pre-reserve VIP Pass through email and message on their registered email and mobile number. Samsung notes that referral points, welcome vouchers, or loyalty points cannot be used for the pre-reserve purchase.

Perks offered to Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 pre-reserve customers include special colours, additional exchange discount, and the chance to earn additional rewards. Teasers shared by Samsuhg suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 phone will be sleek and smooth and have triple rear cameras at the back.

The next-gen foldables will focus on AI-centric features, something that Apple was heavily criticized for the lack, with iOS 26. The three features highlighted by Samsung include Circle Search, Live Translate, and Photo Assist.  

Samsung will unveil the foldables at a dedicated 'Galaxy Unpacked' event on July 9 at 10am EST i.e. 7.30pm IST. The event will be held in New York.
