Bihar WCDC Recruitment 2025: Women and Child Development Corporation (WCDC), Bihar has invited online applications for various posts under Mission Shakti Yojana. The online application process started on June 26, 2025, and will continue till July 18, 2025, at 6 pm. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website wcdc.bihar.gov.in.

The objective of this recruitment drive is to fill 77 contractual vacancies in 11 newly established One-Stop Centers.

Know category-wise limit
The age of the candidates for this contract-based recruitment will be calculated from the date of publication of the application i.e. 26 June 2025. The maximum age limit of the candidates has been fixed according to the category they fall in.

37 years for unreserved men, while this limit is 40 years for unreserved women. Men and women of Backward Classes (BC) and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) can also apply for up to 40 years. At the same time, the maximum age limit for all candidates (male and female) of Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) has been fixed at 42 years.

Know the education and experience conditions as per the post.

Center Administrator (Reserved for women only)

For this post, the candidate should have a postgraduate degree in law, social work, sociology, psychology, or social science. Along with this, at least 5 years of work experience in any government or non-government project related to women's issues is mandatory.

Case Worker (Reserved for women only)

The candidate should have a graduate degree in any of the above subjects. Also, a minimum of 3 years of work experience in schemes or projects related to women is required.

Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer
For this post, a graduate degree in law is mandatory. Also, there should be knowledge of women-related laws and a minimum of 3 years of experience in related work at the district level or 2 years of advocacy in court is required.

Para Medical Personnel (Reserved for women only)
The candidate should have a professional degree or diploma in paramedics. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a health-related project at the district level is required.

Psycho-Social Counselor (Reserved for women only)
A graduate degree in psychology or neuroscience is required for this post. At least 3 years of experience in government/non-government projects related to women's health is required.

Office Assistant (Computer Knowledgeable)
For this post, it is mandatory to have a graduate degree with a diploma in computer/IT. Also, there should be 3 years of experience in data management, documentation, and web-based reporting.
