Steps to check and log out Instagram account from other devices

Open the Instagram app on your device and tap your profile icon at the bottom right.

Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top right corner.

Go to "Account Center".

Tap "Password and Security".

Now, click on "Where are you logged in" at the bottom of the list.

You will see a list of devices and locations where your account is currently active.

Tap on the device you don’t recognize or want to log out of.

Finally, tap on the “Log Out” option to remove access from that device.
