IND vs ENG : The Indian women’s team is currently on a tour of England. Taking revenge of the men’s team, Team India performed brilliantly in the first T20 match of this tour and registered a huge victory of 97 runs and took a 1-0 lead in the series.
In the absence of Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana took charge of the team and led the team to victory by playing a captaincy innings. In this match against England, India’s dominance was clearly visible in every department.

Shri Charni took the maximum of 4 wickets from India’s side. Apart from her, Deepti Sharma and Radha Yadav took 2-2 wickets each.
Now the next match of this series i.e. the second match is going to be played after 2 days on 30th June. England will try to level the series by winning this match, while the Indian team will think of strengthening its lead.
