The highly anticipated action-thriller War 2 is entering its final phase of filming, with a spectacular dance sequence set to be the film’s grand climax. According to PeepingMoon.com, Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR—two of Indian cinema’s most dynamic performers—are set to begin shooting an electrifying dance battle tomorrow at YRF Studios in Mumbai.
Final Leg of Filming Begins
Before stepping into the high-octane song shoot, both actors are filming a crucial prelude scene today that leads into the dance face-off. The shoot for this massive number will unfold over seven days on a lavish, custom-designed set created by renowned production designer Amrita Mahal Nakai.

A Long-Awaited Showdown
Originally slated for March, the song’s shoot was postponed after Hrithik sustained a leg injury during rehearsals. Now fully recovered, the actor has spent the entire month of June in rigorous training to prepare for the performance. Jr. NTR, too, has been rehearsing intensively for over a week, ensuring both stars are in perfect sync for what promises to be a historic dance sequence.
Musical and Visual Spectacle
Composed by hitmaker Pritam, this dance battle is being choreographed by the celebrated duo Bosco-Caesar, who previously created the viral hits “Ghungroo” and “Jai Jai Shiv Shankar” for War (2019). The production team is reportedly going all out to turn this musical number into a pop-culture moment.
