India tour of bangladesh: India vs Bangladesh cricket series is going to be held in August but now the sword of suspense has started swinging on it. Actually, Team India will go to Bangladesh to play 3 ODIs and 3 T20 I matches from August 17, but due to the kind of political relations between the two countries, there is doubt about this visit. Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has tried to clear the situation on the entire matter by making a big statement.
Bangladesh Cricket Board President Aminul Islam told the media on Monday that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is waiting for approval from its government regarding the visit. He also clarified that talks are going on between the two boards regarding this series and both the boards are waiting for the government’s decision.
Aminul Islam said, “We are having a good conversation with the BCCI. It is not necessary that this series should be in August-September, if the government does not approve now, we will organize this series at some other time in the future.” Aminul said this after the 19th meeting of the board held at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium on 30 June.
