Mumbai Female Teacher Assaulted Student A 40-year-old female teacher at a reputed Mumbai school has been accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student. Police have registered a case under the POCSO Act. The teacher, who is married, is accused of luring the student and taking him to a secluded place and sexually assaulting him. She also gave the student drugs.

40-year-old female teacher of a famous school in Mumbai has been accused of sexually harassing her student. The teacher had been sexually harassing the 16-year-old student for the past one year. After the case came to light, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act.

According to the police, the accused teacher is already married and has children. Despite this, she harassed the student on several occasions.

The police have registered a case against the teacher under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. However, the school has not yet broken its silence on this matter. Giving information about the incident, the police said -

The teacher used to teach English in the school. The victim student was in 11th class. The teacher started getting attracted to him and tried to seduce him. When the student did not agree, the teacher contacted a friend of the student.

According to the police, the friend talked to the victim student and explained to him that relationships between young men and older women have become common now. Both of you are made for each other. In such a situation, the student agreed to meet the teacher after listening to his friend.

Police said, "The teacher took the student to a secluded place and forcefully removed all his clothes. After this, the teacher sexually assaulted the student. When the student started feeling uncomfortable, the teacher gave him anti-anxiety medicines."

After this, whenever the teacher met the student, she would force him to take drugs and then sexually assault the student. This continued for a year. When the victim's family noticed a change in the child's behavior, they started questioning him. In such a situation, the child told the parents the whole truth.

The family thought that the child would leave the school after 12th anyway and the teacher would not harass him. In such a situation, the family decided to remain silent. But even after the student left the school, the teacher did not stop following him. The family was forced to seek help from the police and the matter came to light. The police have arrested the accused teacher as well as the friend who seduced the student.
