Material (Bread Cream Roll Recipe)

  • Bread slices – 6 (shore cut)
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cream or cream – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence – a few drops
  • Dry Fruits – Chopped (Almond, Cashew, Pistachio)
  • Chocolate Syrup or Broken Fuity-For Decoration

Method (Bread Cream Roll Recipe)

  1. First take a fresh cream in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla essence to it. Now whisk it well until it makes it light and smooth.
  2. Cut the edge of the bread slices. Then roll with light hands with the help of rolling so that they become thin. Now spread the cream on every slices and put some dry fruits on it. After this, roll the bread slowly.
  3. Dip the prepared rolls in light milk (for just 1-2 seconds, otherwise the bread can break). Then place them in a plate and add some cream and dry fruits on top.
  4. Keep the rolls in the fridge for 10–15 minutes so that they are set. After cooling, serve chocolate syrup or broken fruity on them and serve.
  5. If you want, chocolate flavor can also be given by mixing cocoa powder or milk powder in cream.
