Womens T20 World Cup 2026 Schedule: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the entire schedule of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 to be held next year. This time the Women’s T20 World Cup will be played in England hosting which will run from June 12 to July 5. India will play its first match against Pakistan on 14 June.
A total of 12 teams will participate in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, which are divided into 2 groups of 6-6 teams. Group A has India, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa. At the same time, 2 teams will make it to Group A via global qualifiers. At the same time, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and West Indies have been placed in Group B. In this group too, 2 teams will be decided by global qualifiers. A total of 33 matches will be played between these teams. In the first match of the tournament, hosts England and Sri Lanka will clash.
Teams living in Top-2 from both groups will get entry in the semi-finals. The semi -final match of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will be played on 30 June and 2 July at The Oval. At the same time, the final match will be played on 5 July at Lord’s ground.
Team India will start its campaign in T20 World Cup 2026 with a match against Pakistan on 14 June. The Indian team will play their second match against the team coming from global qualifiers on 17 June. At the same time, the Indian team will take on South Africa in the third match on 21 June. At the same time, India’s fourth match will be against the team coming from global qualifiers on 24 June.
