Swapna shastra: Dreams are often mysterious and sometimes they make us think. Especially when we see our departed ancestor or a dead person in a dream, it becomes a matter of concern.

On this subject, the famous saint of Vrindavan-Mathura, Premanand Maharaj, has highlighted a very logical and spiritual point of view. Let us know why ancestors or dead people appear in the dream, how many types of dreams are there and what should be done if such dreams are seen?

There are three types of dreams?

According to Premanand Maharaj, dreams can be divided into three categories:

  • Mental dreams: These are the results of our mind thinking, thoughts or day -to -day events.
  • Fantasy or fruitless dreams: They have no deep meaning, they are only the movement of the brain.
  • Spiritual dreams: They have a vision of a great man, saint or God. These dreams give special signs or guidance.

What do such dreams indicate?

When a person sees a person in his dead trouble, it is not just a scary scene. Its deep implies that some duties towards them are probably incomplete during their lifetime. This dream may be a sign or message from the soul that their remembrance, service or tarpan is still left.

What to do when ancestor comes into a dream?

According to Premanand Maharaj, when the dead ancestors come in the dream, chant and pray, chant God in his name. Provide food to the needy, donate clothes or serve a saint. Along with this, perform religious rituals like Srimad Bhagwat Katha, Havan or Kirtan etc.

If Shraddha Karma is not done, then offer them to Pitrupaksha or other occasions, so that their soul will be peaceful. Premanand Maharaj says that these tasks will give you merit and your ancestors will also get its spiritual benefit, irrespective of their vagina.

Saints' opinion regarding dreams

Premanand Maharaj says that it should not be extremely worried about dreams. These are also spiritual messages. If the dream is of a saint, great man or God, then it must be given importance. But giving more importance to all other dreams is considered to be futile confusion of the mind.
