Loose FASTag will be ‘blacklisted’

NHAI has announced that loose FASTag kept separately instead of being installed in the windshield of the vehicle will now be blacklisted.

The authority says that this step is very important for the authenticity of FASTag and the smooth running of the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system.

The annual pass starts from 15th August.
