Two British tourists have died after jumping into a hotel swimming pool in Portugal following a night out.
The victims, aged 27 and 29, were found at the bottom of the pool at the Duas Palmeiras hotel in Albufeira in the early hours of Tuesday morning, according to the Daily Mail.
A friend discovered their bodies and alerted authorities.
Emergency services arrived at around 4 a.m. and attempted to revive them, but both were pronounced dead at the scene, Metro reported.
Preliminary investigations by Portuguese police found no signs of foul play.
Authorities suspect the pair had been drinking and did not know how to swim.
The two men were reportedly on holiday with a group of friends.
