– Before making Jalebi, sugar syrup has to be prepared. Mix a cup of sugar and a cup of water and cook well.

After this syrup is cooked, you should also add 4-5 ground cardamom in it. Your syrup is ready.

Now to make Jalebi, 3-4 medium size potatoes have to be boiled and peeled and then mash it well.

After this, mix a cup of curd and a cup of arrowroot in mashed potatoes. This paste should neither be too thick nor too thin.

– To bring color to Jalebi, you can mix 3-4 threads of saffron in this batter.

Now heat the desi ghee in the pan and make jalebi with this batter. As soon as the jalebi is well roasted, put it in the syrup without delay.

– Your jalebi is ready. Now you can serve hot jalebi from the syrup.
