The Jharkhand High Court has instructed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to submit a supplementary affidavit regarding the petition filed by suspended Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Vinay Choubey, who is contesting his arrest.

Vinay Choubey was apprehended on May 20 in connection with an alleged liquor scam involving ₹38 crores. The hearing for this case is scheduled for August 1.
