It has now come to light that Hyundai is about to launch the secondgen Venue in India sooner than expected.

According to Autocar India, the South Korean carmaker is planning to launch the newgen Venue in October this year. Internally codenamed the QU2i, the new Venue will see a comprehensive overhaul of the exterior and interiors. The firstgen model of the subcompact SUV made its debut in May 2019.

NewGen Hyundai Venue: Expected Design

The nextgen Hyundai Venue will draw inspiration from the facelifted secondgen Creta, featuring an Lshaped LED DRL that extends down to the front bumper. It adopts a split headlight layout paired with a parametric grille, while silverfinished skid plates add a rugged touch. Previous spy shots also reveal a redesigned rear section with fresh LED tail lamps, a sharkfin antenna, and a bumpermounted number plate. A set of fresh alloy wheels are also expected.
