Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 's latest episode started with host Amitabh Bachchan welcoming the audience. He entered the stage with the rollover contestant and remembered the time when he arrived on July 3, 2000 to host the show for the very first time. He recalled that the entire team was nervous before the show’s launch, as KBC featured no songs or dance—only questions.
