Know the perfect recipe for making saffron peda on Janmashtami
You can make saffron peda with easy method on the occasion of Janmashtami, whose recipe is as follows….
Mawa means lost, about 2 cups.
Half a cup ground sugar
Take a quarter teaspoon of green cardamom powder or 5-6 cardamom,
1 quarter short spoon saffron means 8-9 threads,
A little desi ghee, 8-10 pistachios.
Know how to prepare saffron peda
First of all, soak saffron in four teaspoons of milk in a bowl and keep it aside.
Make a powder with the hands of the mawa and prepare it by applying desi ghee in a plate.
If you have whole cardamom, then separate the peels and grind it and make powder, peel the pistachio and keep it finely.
Fry the mawa on a wide and heavy bottom non-stick pan or a pan on medium flame continuously till it becomes golden.
If the utensils become more hot, take the heat.
Now spread it in a plate with ghee and leave it to cool for 20 minutes.
When the mawa cools down completely Saffron milkMix the cardamom powder and ground sugar.
