Krishna Janmashtami is a sacred and joyous festival of Hinduism. Lord Krishna is born at midnight, at the eighth date of the Krishna Party of Bhadrapada month. Material

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Ghee – 1 cup
  • Sugar powder – 1 cup
  • Cashew – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Almonds – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Pistachios – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Dry Coconut Kiss – 1 tablespoon
  • Well powder – 1 tablespoon

Action

  • For this, first heat the ghee in a pan and add wheat flour to it.
  • Stir the flour on low flame, until it will be golden and aromatic.
  • Be careful when roasting, do not burn the flour.
  • After roasting the flour, add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and dried coconut and return for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  • After cooling, add sugar powder and cardamom powder.
  • All ingredients should be combined and offered as prasad.

Krishna Janmashtami Special – Panchamrit recipe

Material

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Well powder – a pinch
  • Basil leaves – 1 to 2 (optional)

Action

  • For this, first take milk in a holy and clean pot and mix the yogurt in it.
  • Add honey, sugar, ghee to it.
  • Spoon all the mixture with a spoon.
  • Add cardamom powder and basil leaves and mix again.
  • This Panchamrit should be offered to Lord Krishna and then give the devotees as prasad.
