Bhuutta ka cheela recipe: Whether the cheela is made of anything, it looks very tasty. But corn chila (corn cheela) is a perfect, healthy and tasty snack during the rainy season. It is easy to make and it is also rich in nutrition – especially fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. Everyone likes children or older. Let’s know the step-by-step recipe for making cornating cheela so that there is no mistake.
1. If you are using fresh corn, boil it and separate the grains with a knife. Then grind coarsely in the grinder (do not make a paste completely). If you are taking sweet corn, then it is already boiled – just grind light coarsely in the grinder.
2. Take gram flour in a bowl. Add ground corn, ginger, green chillies, coriander, salt, turmeric, red chilli and chaat masala.
3. Prepare the solution by adding water to it slowly. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thin, not too thick – should be like dosa batter.
4. Heat non-stick griddle. Apply light oil. Then take a shirt batter and spread it on the pan (like spreading dosa). Bake on low flame till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd.
5. You can also add finely chopped onion, capsicum or carrot to it. If you want, you can also increase nutrition by mixing a small amount of gram flour or semolina.
