Bhopal. Preparations are now going on in Madhya Pradesh to give a new look to the government hospital. Now the hospitals here will be completely digital. For this, the National Health Mission of Madhya Pradesh has been started as a smart portal. It has currently started from JP Hospital in Bhopal. Under this, all the hospitals here will become smart with digital technology.
This smart portal will record the entire medical history, investigation report and medicines of the patients. Every patient will get a unique health ID number. Based on this number, doctors will immediately see the complete record of the patient’s previous report, diseases and treatment. With this technique, there will be no need to keep the patients here. Patients and Timardars will get rid of keeping the loops.
Mission Director of MP NHM Saloni Sidana said that the portal was already operated, there were some shortcomings, so it is now being implemented in a new form. Medical history and national health schemes of patients are being implemented on the same platform and it is being implemented across the state from 2025.
According to Experts, the portal is also being linked to national health programs. This will include Non-Consummer Disease (NCD), National Oral Health Program (NOHP), National Program for Health Care of the Alderly (NPHCE), National Rabies Control Program (NRCP) and National Mental Health Program (NMHP). Now information to these schemes, medicines and counseling information will also be recorded online.
Through the portal, a digital database of the disease across the district will be prepared. With this technique, which disease is spreading in which district, it will be known. Doctors in the district will have complete information about diseases ranging from serious diseases like cancer and heart disease to mental health. Whoever does not have to do, will help make a strategy.
